Terms of Service

Welcome to Best Of Indian Products (BOIP) Marketplace. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, browsing, or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Delivery & Returns Policy, Payment Policy, and all other policies published on the Platform.

BOIP is an online marketplace operated by Egbert Reuben Ventures Private Limited (CIN: U52603TG2018PTC129285). The Platform facilitates interactions and transactions between buyers and independent sellers.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• All information provided by you is accurate and complete

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information
• Keep login credentials strictly confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account
• Notify BOIP immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach

BOIP provides a platform that enables buyers and sellers to connect and conduct transactions. By using the Platform:

• Product prices are determined by individual sellers
• All payments must be completed through approved payment methods available on the Platform
• Orders are subject to payment authorisation and verification
• BOIP reserves the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors, technical issues, suspected fraud, or policy violations
• Additional charges such as shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply where applicable

Shipping, delivery, return eligibility, replacement requests, and refunds are governed by the applicable BOIP policies and individual seller policies.

You agree not to engage in the following on or through the Platform:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Submit false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent activity of any kind
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
• Infringe intellectual property rights of BOIP or any third party
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Manipulate reviews, ratings, or marketplace activity

Users may submit reviews, ratings, comments, photographs, and other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

• Confirm that you own or have permission to use such content
• Grant BOIP a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, reproduce, modify, distribute, and publish such content in connection with the Platform
• Accept full responsibility for the content you submit

All content on the Platform — including logos, trademarks, graphics, product images, software, website design, and text — is protected by intellectual property laws and belongs to BOIP, its licensors, sellers, or respective owners.

Reviews and ratings must be honest, relevant, and based on genuine personal experiences. Users must not:

• Submit misleading or fabricated reviews
• Post offensive or unlawful content
• Manipulate ratings or vote counts
• Impersonate other customers or users

By registering on or using the Platform, you acknowledge that BOIP may contact you through the following channels, subject to your consent where required by law:

• Transactional Emails & SMS: Order confirmations, dispatch notifications, and account security messages. These are required to fulfil your order and are not marketing communications.
• Browser Push Notifications: Sent only after you explicitly accept the browser notification prompt. You may withdraw consent at any time by adjusting your browser or device notification settings.
• Wishlist & Save-for-Later Notifications: If you use our Wishlist feature and optionally provide your email address, we may send a single follow-up notification about saved items (price drops, restocks, or expiring offers). This is optional and you may unsubscribe at any time.
• Abandoned Cart Recovery: A single reminder email may be sent to your registered email address if you leave items in your cart without completing checkout, where lawfully permitted. You may also see reminder advertisements on third-party websites subject to your cookie and advertising consent.
• Post-Purchase & Retention Emails: After a completed order, we may send product recommendations, care guidance, loyalty updates, and re-engagement messages. You may unsubscribe at any time.
• Trustpilot Review Requests: A single invitation to leave a public review on Trustpilot may be sent following delivery. Participation is entirely voluntary. We do not filter, incentivise, or suppress any reviews.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications, payment providers, logistics services, and other external resources. BOIP is not responsible for third-party content, products, services, or privacy practices.

BOIP reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts without prior notice where these Terms are violated, fraudulent activity is suspected, security concerns arise, required information cannot be verified, or legal or regulatory obligations require such action.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BOIP, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, or infringement of third-party rights.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by the BOIP Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your information in accordance with that policy.

BOIP shall not be liable for any delay or failure resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

BOIP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date.
