1. Introduction

This Legal Notice ("Notice") governs access to and use of the Best Of Indian Products (BOIP) Marketplace website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Legal Notice, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable policies published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Notice, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

The Platform is operated by Best Of Indian Products (BOIP) Marketplace ("BOIP", "we", "our", or "us").

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, transmitted, modified, reverse engineered, or exploited without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the Platform, you agree to:

  • A user breaches Platform policies.

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

  • Security concerns arise.

  • Continued access may expose BOIP or its users to risk.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Punjab, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

BOIP reserves the right to update, amend, or replace this Legal Notice at any time.

Any modifications will become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Notice.
