3. Payment Processing
All payments made on the Platform are processed through secure and authorized payment gateway providers.
Payment information is encrypted during transmission and handled in accordance with applicable security standards. BOIP does not store customers' complete card details, CVV numbers, or banking credentials on its servers.
Orders will be processed only after successful payment authorization and confirmation.
4. Pricing and Currency
All prices displayed on the Platform are listed in the applicable currency shown at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be displayed separately where applicable.
BOIP reserves the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.
5. Order Confirmation
Upon successful completion of a payment transaction, customers will receive an order confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.
Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order if the product becomes unavailable, violates marketplace policies, or is affected by pricing or technical errors.
6. Failed or Declined Transactions
A payment may fail or be declined for various reasons, including:

BOIP shall not be liable for any loss arising from failed transactions caused by banks, payment processors, network failures, or third-party systems.
7. Refunds
Eligible refunds shall be processed in accordance with the BOIP Returns and Refunds Policy.

Banking institution
Payment service provider
Applicable regulations
Refunds are generally credited back to the original payment method unless otherwise permitted by law or agreed by BOIP.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect transaction data. Payment processing partners are responsible for maintaining compliance with applicable payment security standards, including PCI-DSS requirements where applicable.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and payment-related information.
9. Fraud Prevention and Risk Management
To protect buyers, sellers, and the Platform, BOIP reserves the right to:
Verify payment information
Request additional identity verification
Hold, delay, cancel, or refuse suspicious transactions
Limit payment methods for certain orders
Suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities
Any attempt to conduct fraudulent transactions may result in account suspension, order cancellation, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact BOIP before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Where a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated:
BOIP may request supporting documentation from the customer.
BOIP reserves the right to contest invalid or fraudulent chargebacks.
Accounts associated with excessive or abusive chargeback activity may be restricted or suspended.
11. Seller Payments and Marketplace Transactions
For marketplace transactions, BOIP may collect payments from buyers on behalf of sellers and facilitate settlement to sellers in accordance with applicable agreements, verification requirements, and regulatory obligations.
Seller payouts may be subject to:
Order completion status
Refunds and disputes
Compliance reviews
Applicable taxes and deductions
Marketplace policies
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOIP shall not be liable for:
Banking or payment gateway failures
Delayed payment processing
Unauthorized access resulting from customer negligence
Currency conversion fluctuations
Third-party payment service interruptions
13. Changes to This Policy
BOIP reserves the right to amend or update this Payment Policy at any time.
Any changes will become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
